"Lynn," according to Marc, "is not only my wife, she's my partner in assuring high performance and customer satisfaction at all times." Prior to joining Marc in the business, Lynn had been operations manager for eight years at a large trade show company in Lisle, Illinois. In that capacity she traveled extensively to oversee show installations in many international locations.

The Lochow management team on the home front expanded in December 2004 with the addition of little sister Jordan. She joined Logan and Lawton as part of the Lochow domestic training squad.
